Armour Architecture has been commissioned to design homes for this exciting new property on the Big Island’s north coast. Situated between Mauna Kea Beach and the town of Waimea, ‘Ouli Farms sits on 840 upland acres with sea, sky and mountain views, streams, and protected wild spaces. Featuring 140 multi-acre homesites, Hawaiian plantation architecture, a club, world-class community amenities, miles of trails and more than 200 acres of tended farms and orchards to contribute to local food production.
Land parcel originally acquired in 1960 for the Rockefeller family's historic Mauna Kea Resort.
