Contemporary Gem

We transformed a nondescript 1950’s house into this contemporary gem, adding new outsized windows at the front and rear that showcase verdant tree and garden views, creating a sense of serenity from living room to kitchen.

By re-orienting the floor plan, we gave our client an elegant, airy kitchen with folding doors that open onto an expansive new patio and landscaped garden. The new primary bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the garden and a primary bath bathed in sunlight. The newly-excavated ground floor includes a large recreation room and guest suite.
