Positioned on the site to capture extensive ocean and volcano views, this 10,000 sq ft luxury estate was designed with multiple private suites surrounding a courtyard with a large koi pond and raised walkway. Features throughout include cedar walls, teak doors and windows, ipe decks, custom Balinese carvings, and an expansive integrated swimming pool with direct access from each suite. Includes separate guest house on adjacent lot (completed later).
