The past is present in this grand Georgian Revival estate on a steeply sloped 1.5-acre Marin hillside with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay. To design this comfortable family retreat for our client, we stayed faithful to its original Georgian Revival style--more typical of the US East Coast--and reconfigured, expanded and restored its 1929 structures to include all modern-era conveniences and 21st century building systems.
